Highland Valley has an impressive line-up of fantastic wines. Barbera, Zinfandel, Malbec, Cabernet. The Zinfandel and Malbec they are pouring right now are better than any wines I have ever had from Temecula. Just delicious. The views from the property are amazing. I love going here and you will too!

Great wine and people to hang with.

Had a lovely time wine tasting at Highland Valley Vineyards. Couldn’t choose a favorite because we loved them all so much! The owner, Ray, was very friendly, we enjoyed learning about each wine. And the view is just unbelievable ? we will definitely be back!

One of the best wineries in this area! The seating area is looking over amazing views! The owner is so nice and friendly. And we can bring our own snacks to pair with their delicious wine! Fantastic all around, from the owners to the patrons and especially the wine. Skip the bigger places with signs up and down the highways, this place is THE place you want to go for relaxation, good conversation, great views, and better wine fermented with care. Not a lot of space, so keep the family at the Disney parks (though families are welcome), this is good for adults on a mission to relax and the vibe is obvious. Come chill on the hill and look through The Valley in awe with a glass in your hand and support a fantastic small winery that has the perfect spot to escape daily life.

A must visit when in SD or nearby. Gorgeous setting. Live music (not too loud) on a Sunday evening when we walked in. Run by a lovely couple who make the wines (many award winning, all fantastic) and they both do all of the serving and hospitality too. Bring some snacks and come enjoy this oasis. You won’t regret it.

We finally stopped in yesterday after having on our list for a long time. If you’re a fan of hearty reds, this is your place! The petite Syrah was very dry and flavorful and I loved it! Amazing views of the valley and the cool house across the road.
