Walked in with my family and had a to go box in my hand which I wasn’t going to consume in the establishment set it on the seat and they had an issue with my to go box which was wrapped up. The owner was really rude and gave us a lot of attitude. The food is not worth their price nor worth taking attitude.

Just had the chirashi don, spicy ramen, and yellowtail kama, and every dish was absolutely great. The flavors were well balanced, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were very satisfying. On top of that, the waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely come back again.
This is a fantastic sushi restaurant with excellent staff, strong leadership, and outstanding sushi, along with a variety of other high-quality Japanese cuisine. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, even if it may be a little out of the way—it is well worth the visit. Having traveled to Japan numerous times, I can confidently say this is the closest you can get to an authentic local Japanese restaurant.

I’ve enjoyed Sushi on two different continents and in many different countries.I am very happy to report that Mikko Sushi is definitely one of the best places in terms of quality and taste. Myself as well as my wife have been regularly visiting Mikko Escondido for the past year or so, Escondido roll , Deep-fried Phily as well as Philadelphia Cut are the rolls that we will never get tired of.
Manager Leo is almost always there and he makes sure that everything is done the way it supposed to be done.
Mikko Sushi has extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Again, I’ve seen places, I can compare:). 🇺🇦
