Ramen at Mirin Café is always outstanding. I had the shoyu ramen and my son ordered the spicy Mirin ramen. Both packed with flavor, the noodles were cooked perfectly, with the yummy soft boiled egg broth. It is consistently one of our favorite spots in our hometown. Chili vibe and enough people to know it’s a great place but not too many to feel crowded.
Such a delicious place to grab a bite to eat! Service is amazing, the guys that work there are truly just the sweetest and very attentive, really enjoyed stumbling upon this cute little gem.
This is one of our favorite places to eat for flavors are amazing and they are definitely one of the hardest working kitchens I recommend it highly two locations Escondido and vista
