Mama Pinsa will NOT honor PRE-PAID coupons! I drove 15 miles to use one of my coupons and the girl (who cannot speak one word of English shows me a translation on her phone that says WE DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE. The manager (who also did not speak one word of English refused to honor my pre-paid coupon and then they called the owner who made this ridiculous excuse that somehow a mistake was made with the coupons. There was NO mistake Sir. YOU signed a contract with Clipp then decided to not honor coupons that customers had already paid for. The so-called owner refused to talk directly to me on the phone. I had to suffer through trying to communicate with two workers who did not speak one word of English.
DO NOT go to Mama Pinsa Pizza!

Our family loves this place! Rosio the employee during the day, is the sweetest and always so friendly! The crusts are so delicious and being gluten free, I’m able to eat them with no side affects like achy joints or gut issues. The flour is from Italy and you can taste the difference. We pick up about eight crust each week for personal pan pizzas that we make at home. Escondido is so lucky to have this place. I would highly recommend and hope they open on the weekends soon.

Recently changed ownership, but they are using the same dough from previous ownership. Pizza was good, I got the polpette & jalapeno, nice quality jalapenos and the meatballs were good. I really enjoyed the dough.

The dough had a very thin crisp on the outside, which easily gave way to a light and fluffy center. The pizza was cooked so perfectly that the crispy layer didn't flake off and become crumbs.

This Pinsa Pizza is better than in Rome! Wow! It's extremely light, made with real Italian flour from molino Iaquone, and it leave you super satisfied, without the heaviness of a regular pizza.Moreover, you have more options:1) eat it there2) get it ready with toppings, and you bake it at home (it's pre cooked, so it will be fast!).3) get the base, and you put your own toppings and you bake it home (again, just the final 5 minutes of cooking).Yum! ?
For Owners:: Please be considerate if you when you are serving patrons that are feeding their kids. The kids will not eat the BLACK BURNT pizza crust. ? parents are letting their pizza get cold while they scrap the thin later of cheese and toppings to save the meal. It's carry-out. I'm already home.

I don’t know what is happening with Pinsarella but the hours are so inconsistent. No sign on door. They seem to be closed Saturday and Sundays sometimes. So frustrating!!!

Do whatever you need to do to enjoy this pizza. I love pizza. Who doesn’t. But my wife, who I love more than pizza, cannot eat it without a reaction. Not here. No issue. Top it off with being incredibly delicious, and it’s a no brainer. Support these guys!!! Take and bake are fun, and all the other food is amazing!
