However, there have been issues with the drive-thru and early closures due to understaffing. One customer had a positive experience with a helpful barista who remade a Carmel macchiato with Caramel on the bottom, after the initial order was incorrect. Overall, Starbucks has many convenient locations, and while there is room for improvement, it is still a recommended choice for a tasty drink.
