Rice is always also fresh and soft!
The proteins? I always do the combination (steak&chicken)and I order a side of the other type of protein thats chicken but i cant recall the name but it’s Amazing.
As far as Customer service, A1 , staff and management are all great here!

I had a major teriyaki craving today and Surf Brothers absolutely delivered! Chef Victor was amazing—so kind, insightful, and attentive. He asked me exactly how I wanted my food and how I liked it grilled, which made the meal feel personal and perfect.

The cashier was just as wonderful—very welcoming, friendly, and quick, with such a positive aura that it made the whole atmosphere better. Even though they got packed...
