It's been awhile since we have been to Tom's. However, the food was just as delicious as before. Great service that was fast, thoughtful and friendly. There's even a new employee that dutifully carries its delivery, a mobile robot!!! So much fun to see the robot go by your table. This is a family friendly restaurant that serves good comfort food. Menu is extensive and special offers that are always available.

Usually clean and tidy. Grilled burgers upon order. Big portions, like the chicken salad is fulfilling. A little mad the drive-thru lady did not disclose that jalapeños added to my cheese burger would be 2$ extra which is so NOT worth it, and she said have a good day when I explained that was a surprise to me ?.
Super crazy when you bring business lunches here, and the workplace, his scrolling on full blast definitely unprofessional

It was a nice experience with the family for breakfast. Order line was busy but they were efficient and it did not feel like any time wasted waiting. Found a table and we didn’t wait long for the robot server. My kid loved it. Food quality was fine, you’re not supposed to expect it is gourmet. Overall, it was good diner food at an affordable price. We were more than satisfied.
