I ordered the $17 carne asada fries from Vanessa’s Mexican Restaurant and was really disappointed with how the staff handled a simple request. They only gave me two tiny sauces, and when I asked for more, the woman working there refused. I even offered to pay for extra sauce, but she said she couldn’t sell me any. As someone who loves sauce, that totally ruined the meal for me.
When I asked for a refund and to return the food, she also said she couldn’t do that. I had to come back the next day just to speak with the owner. Honestly, I won’t be coming back again.
Next time, save yourself the trouble and go to Jilberto’s — they have an open salsa bar and their fries are 1000% better! This place was empty for a reason!!!

Had the nachos that day. They were of decent portion, very well seasoned & great presentation. I will do business with them again when in that area. Can't wait to try the rest of the items on the menu.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this taco shop. I ordered the carne asada fries, which ended up being $15 after tax — pretty steep, but I figured it’d be worth it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The portion had barely any meat on it, and I actually had to go back and ask for more. They didn’t apologize or show any concern, just made some more meat and handed it back. By the time I finally sat down to eat, the fries were cold and hard. Definitely not fresh, and not worth the price. I won’t be coming back.

Quality of food for the price is not worth it. They have no kids menu and one high chair for the whole place. Overall not a good place to sit and eat with family.

we were very surprised by the taste of the food...very well made T.J.tacos...which the wife had and my burrito was king sized...very tasty!!!...and washed down with a Mexican Cola ...you can't go wrong stopping by Here!!!
