Nasty customer service from one of the girl that works there! And from all the reviews I'm seeing I'm not the only one that has this problem. It's the second to 3rd time I go to this location and the customer service is horrible!

The 2 ladies at the front have absolutely no type of customer service. They were just standing and talk. While I was parked outside calling the store NOT one walked towards they phone and they did not have a line nor a customer in front they were having a conversation with the back kitchen about a concert they were attending this weekend cuz I went in after I noticed it was pointless to call. I placed my order with the lady and returned back outside to proceed to wait in my car for my food and I kept going in to check on my order and not one bothered to let me know my order was ready or nothing not until the 3 rd time and the girl with the glasses just pointed at it while leaning back on a kitchen table. Zero care about customer service. I was never rude nor did I want to bother them while working but at least smile or Acknowledge someone walking in and let them know ur order is ready wave at them or something.

Worst customer service ever. Wasted 43 min of my night between attempting online and store ordering. Phone rang for 6 minutes straight on my last call before I was disconnected for the 4th time witn not even so much as a voicemail. Super disappointed because my kids were craving wings for the game. Won't try it again. Epically awful. Stay away.

Horrible service. My food was drenched in bbq sauce and I told them it was too much sauce. They refused to make another plate and told me “what you get is what you get”. ?? never going there again!
Customer service is horrible. Very rude and unprofessional. I called nicely to let workers know that my order was wrong and see if they could correct it and they argued with me that my order was correct. In the end they said they would make my order again but that they need the food back!? Ok, I gave the food back (untouched) and had to drive back. This isn’t the first time this happens this is our third time.. on my end I’ll make sure to check my order but in the end I shouldn’t have to and workers should not be so rude when I’m asking nicely.
