They have the best sauce choice. It's surprising that there aren't more chicken places like this in the area. Always good and service is always A+. Escondido North location has a small family vibe, Twin Oaks is a College vibe, both are quite and feel welcoming.

The 2 ladies at the front have absolutely no type of customer service. They were just standing and talk. While I was parked outside calling the store NOT one walked towards they phone and they did not have a line nor a customer in front they were having a conversation with the back kitchen about a concert they were attending this weekend cuz I went in after I noticed it was pointless to call. I placed my order with the lady and returned back outside to proceed to wait in my car for my food and I kept going in to check on my order and not one bothered to let me know my order was ready or nothing not until the 3 rd time and the girl with the glasses just pointed at it while leaning back on a kitchen table. Zero care about customer service. I was never rude nor did I want to bother them while working but at least smile or Acknowledge someone walking in and let them know ur order is ready wave at them or something.

Phone rang for 6 minutes straight on my last call before I was disconnected for the 4th time witn not even so much as a voicemail. Super disappointed because my kids were craving wings for the game. Won't try it again. Epically awful. Stay away.
