Staff and service is always fast, friendly and courteous. Food is delicious and you can taste the freshness of their ingredients with every bite. I can’t recommend this place enough. Love everything about them.

Mamma Pinsa is a must-try pizza place in Escondido. The pizzas are incredibly delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The dough has a very thin crisp on the outside, which easily gave way to a light and fluffy center. The pizza was cooked so perfectly that the crispy layer didn't flake off and become crumbs. The crusts are so delicious; the flour is from Italy and you can taste the difference. Specific meals include the polpette & jalapeno, with nice quality jalapenos and good meatballs. The restaurant is super affordable and recently changed ownership, but uses the same dough.
