We had a wonderful tour with Sebastian. His passion for his craft is evident and he did a great job educating us about the different approaches to oyster farming over time. He truly sets an example for farm-to-table in that he harvests delicious oysters daily to serve at Humboldt Bay Provisions, his restaurant. I highly recommend Humboldt Bay Oyster Tours with Aqua-Rodeo Farms and eating fresh oysters at Humboldt Bay Provisions!
Captain Sebastian is such a nice guy! His oysters are so fresh and the prices are decent. Will be sure to visit him again to get another two dozens! Thank you Sebastian for saving me the scrumptious oysters!

I highly recommend the oyster tour. Sebastian is very knowledgable about oyster farming and the bay. The tour provides the whole lifecycle of growing the oyster seeds, growing the actual oysters and harvesting. The tour ends at the Humboldt Bay Provisions (this place is also 5 stars) where you eat the oysters harvested during the tour.
