I've been trying to reach your staff to make a reservation for teppenyaki for over 3 days now. Every time my lady or I call and your reception asks to put us on hold, then proceeding to leave us there on hold indefinitely. Does it seem unreasonable to see this as unacceptable? Can someone please take my reservation down and take my money?! I never received an email from you guys, and I am still in need of the reservation for tomorrow at 7 pm. (5/2)
Nice ambiance, beautiful view of the bay area. My Udan dish soup was good, but the beef was tough, not tender. My brother had the same experience with his beef and tempura vegetables. The Tempura vegetables were delicious. The Ahi tuna roll was tasty but had too many flavors to make it unique. I would rate the restaurant a 3.5, if we have that option.
Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant ! We were stopping in Eureka for the night and needed somewhere to eat that was dog-friendly. Options are limited in this small town, but I am very glad we found Bayfront Restaurant.
