Tonight I ordered pizza from this location to be delivered to my home and couldn't be more let down. My pizza was obviously thrown on the porch, laying on its side, pizza hanging out and very poorly cared for. The pizza was cold and no joke there is literally a piece missing from my pizza... the driver ate a piece of my pizza or someone at the shop did. Not ok... I'm so pissed... this place really needs improvement really bad.
Vegetarian options: They are not reliable and mess up orders alm the time really bad. If I had a special diet of any kind I would not recommend this place one bit.
Dietary restrictions: They mess up orders all the time and have very poor service. I wouldn't trust that the food would be correctly made.
Kid-friendliness: Kids weren't very happy there pizza was tossed and cold...

I drive 20 mins to this dominos, yes the pizza taste better because itās closer to the ocean. The customer service is also a lot better compared to the arcata location!

I ordered pizza from the location this evening and the pizza was damaged because the driver obviously threw my pizza on the porch which made me let down, then I brought the pizza in and it was cold as could be and there is literally a piece of my pizza MISSING!! THE DRIVER ATE A PIECE OF MY PIZZA!!! WTF!!!

The Parmesan bread bites are fire AF!! Crisp/buttery on the outside, soft/fluffy on the inside. Get them, you wonāt regret it!
As for the pizza, I mean, itās Dominos. It might. It be the most āgourmetā pizza out there but the quality is consistent &, with all of the coupons available on the app, itās actually affordable so itās our go-to for pizza night.

The service is what really did it for me. I am lactose intolerant and so I order my pizza without cheese every time. Every time I do this, I'm prompted with a question by the app that says "this pizza doesn't have cheese, add cheese?" And I press no every time. One time I made an accident and pressed yes. My pizza showed up with cheese. I was exhausted that day, and couldn't eat the pizza (at least not without suffering in 5 minutes). I came in and explained and apologized and they made me a pizza without cheese. I had such a a long day and I feel bad having to ask about dairy content when I go out to eat, let alone the extra effort that has to be put into meals. I really appreciate the help. The pizza is good in my opinion even without cheese. I'll definitely be coming back. The people here made my day! Thank you!
