I go to dutch more often than I probably should lol so I know what my drink should look and taste like I paid for float and didnt receive it and when I asked then to add it since I paid for it they said it was in there... clearly there was no float as my drink was green and my float was supposed to be red on top... my moms also go a black tea with pom and mango same thing she gets everytime and there was absolutely no pomegranate and no mango so she just paid over 5 dollars for a sweet tea with no syrup. I never complain but we were quite disappointed today with not only our drinks being messed up but the service we got after mentioning the problem was no great they'd rather argue than just fix the problem. Im not one to complain or cause a problem but they definitely could do better this crew specifically I have had issues with before aswell so idk whats up.

The drinks are always perfect (I would know, I go every day), the employees are so beautiful and kind literally every single day through rain or shine, and it always flows like clockwork no matter how busy. I've been going to Dutch for a long time and this is the best store I've ever been to in any state/city/anywhere. Love these guys, give them all a lot of money and praise tysm!!! (Also they write on my cup sometimes and it's sweet. This review has been long overdue.)

Yummy! Coffee! Well, kinda. I get decaf, and the wonderful people here have caught me slipping and forgetting to mention it, like, at LEAST 84,000 times in the last year.
Also lookit this cute lilā duckie! So cute!
Vegetarian options: Almost everything.
Dietary restrictions: They have oatmilk. I think the yo charge is a bit much, but that aināt an issue with this store, itās with all coffee shops, so they arenāt losing a point.
Kid-friendliness: They have a nice lilā Not So Hot drink for kids.
