Super tacos are amazing!! We eat here 3 times a week. Just wish their schedule was consistent. We never know when they’re open because it changes often.

Based on the reviews, Tacos El Gallo | Food Truck is one of the best Mexican food trucks in town. The food is fresh and very flavorful. Customers recommend the Al pastor tacos, steak burrito, and super burritos. The burritos are HUGE, a good sized serving, and have lots of volume. The prices are reasonable and a great bargain. For example, a steak burrito with guacamole and sour cream for $11 is the best priced quality food in Humboldt county. The service is fast, the staff is nice, and they make the food in decent timing. Chips and salsa come on the side and are very good. There are a couple stools available for sitting while waiting. The food is delicious, and customers love biting into a burrito and finding a big chunk of avocado.
