“It's about time I give these folks a review! Aside from how kind and helpful they are, the food and prices are amazing. This last week, they took time off for Christmas, so there were (3) separate places I went and got the basic street tacos. Without saying names, each and every one of those places cost about one and a half times more and didn't even come remotely close to being as tasty as the ones from Speedy Taco. So if you're in Eureka and got the hunger, stop at Speedy Taco!“

“Appears to be a mom and pop style restaurant. They have a variety of foods both Mexican and American. I've been there twice now: they are very friendly, quick to make sure you're comfortable and have all you need. Their nachos are delicious and their tortilla chips are the best I've had anywhere. Tried out the biscuits and gravy (yum!) and chicken fried steak (my husband loved it, and the hash browns were actually crispy!). We also splurged for the bacon cheddar tots and they are to die for. Definitely check this little gem out!“
“They are set up in a gas station lot right on the corner so it's pretty easy to spot their trailer. I decided on the asda fries at the last minute and they did not disappoint. The meat was cooked just right, seasoning was done well, and the guacamole was fantastic. I don't have any problem with eating from food trucks and this is no exception. The only drawback is there is no outdoor seating so you will probably be sitting in your car parked next to the gas station's bathrooms to eat.Parking: Only a few parking spots next to the gas station minimart.“

“So the very first.Time I came here. I'd never been high and I asked about a dessert that was on the menu. Because I'd never heard of it before and being of half Hispanic descent. I thought that was odd and the owner without my knowledge made me one for free. And this is after having fired the. Oil backup on the deep fryer because it was already after the closing. Basically, when I came to order so they fed me after hours they still fired up there. The defire invalidated have to end. The guy kicked in a free dessert. Where can you get that kind of service anymore? Especially around here in Humboldt County. I don't know of a place and I bet you don't either. You're missing out if you don't come to Pationos EVERYDAY you are anywhere near it "ON MY MOMMA"Parking: You're right in the parking lot of the 76 stations, so there's ample parking all over the places like you can't get more parking if you tried. I mean, I guess you could run out of parking but then they would have liked the best day. Probably they've never had so yeah, let's work that out right out. Let's get these guys. “It's a taco truck on a relatively busy road, so the atmosphere isn't really a thing to be concerned about.I tried a couple of items, a shredded beef California burrito and a carnitas chimichanga.The California burrito was large and the shredded beef was very good, but the filling seemed to be mostly potato (fries). It might have been the way it was rolled, with all of the meat at one side, but that's just how it seemed to me. I don't know if I'd go for that one again or not, it is almost a wash for me.The chimichanga was loaded with pork, the meat was very flavorful, and the tortilla was nice and crispy without being burned. The container ended up with quite a lot of clear-ish liquid though, seeming to be from a combination of the salsa and the fresh tomatoes. This did soak into the bottom of the tortilla after a bit, but it was still delicious. I would definitely order the chimichanga again.“

If I need something healthier side because I've doubled down on some of of the breweries delicious libations (or started with totchos, give me all of those!!), Hum Yum bowl (I like to add shrimp), which has a fantastic vinaigrette.With meat, vegetarian, and vegan options, they keep everyone in my party happy. “Was looking for a quick dinner option near me, and was feeling tacos. I happened to see this place while I was getting gas. Originally, coming from the LA area I've had some of the best street tacos one can have. These tacos are authentic and true to the flavors of my childhood. The young man serving us was friendly and we had quick service. I'm so happy they're nearby. I will definitely be a regular.I recommend the lengua, al pastor, and birria!“
