Here visiting from Washington and drove by this gem of a taco truck! What caught my eye was the picture of the Al Pastor. I visit Mexico frequently and I cannot find decent pastor where I live so I thought I'd give this place a try and I wasn't disappointed!! I got the street tacos and what a buy for $3.00 a piece!!The meat was tasty, tender and the tacos were delicious!!Definitely recommend.
My favorite taco truck in Humboldt!! Their meat is so delicious I can’t get enough. I especially love the fresh pineapple on the al pastor!! It is a taco truck so I shouldn’t expect too much ambience but there is nothing but the gas station parking lot to wait in. That said the location is very convenient! The staff seems to be family and they are so sweet. Yum yum!!

They are set up in a gas station lot right on the corner so it's pretty easy to spot their trailer. I decided on the asda fries at the last minute and they did not disappoint. The meat was cooked just right, seasoning was done well, and the guacamole was fantastic. I don't have any problem with eating from food trucks and this is no exception. The only drawback is there is no outdoor seating so you will probably be sitting in your car parked next to the gas station's bathrooms...read full review
