“First time dining at smalls fusion restaurant, and it was incredibly delightful & delicious with attentive service and delectable dining choices! It was a special anniversary date night. - and this place was amazing. Yes, crab fat wings appetizer are a must -& we shared a nightly special of lamb chops, accompanied by delightful blue cheese mashed potatoes, & tasty, asparagus, cooked to perfect perfection. We topped it off with the most delicious creamy decadent dessert of a white chocolate crème brûlée that we have ever tasted! Will definitely be back and are highly recommending this place! Probably good to have reservation as it is a small venue.“

“This is our favorite (dare I say only?) hard cider taproom in Eureka. They recently upgraded their outdoor seating area and on a fair day it’s a wonderful space to enjoy. Otherwise we either belly up to the bar or grab a table and try to play cribbage. I only say try because most decks are made up of 32 cards and theirs have definitely been played with by kids. They have varying food trucks that park right up front, you can call and ask or check out the socials to see what eats are available on what days, I only have 4stars for the reason that with food trucks it’s hit n miss. They even have a private event room for your special occasions. We usually spend about one pints worth of time there, then take our growlers home to enjoy safely. Rain or shine this is a wonderful spot to hang out for a bit. The ciders are crisp, varying, full of flavor and the service is always with a smile. Furry friends are welcome, just not on the fake grass by the outdoor seating area.“

Nothing fancy, but who needs fancy when you can have bacon cooked to perfection, toast toasted just right and eggs ordered over medium are just that! “Walked in at 7:05pm and was greeted with a smile. 2 adults and one 5 year old wild child. Our waiter was amazingly kind and attentive. The atmosphere was calm and happy. It was our first time eating there and the food was phenomenal from our burgers to my son's kid pizza....which was giant and flavorful! “Delicious fresh made food! Although the restaurant was busy the waitress and cooks were working hard! While it was beautiful to sit outside, there was a wait so we belly’d up to the bar and watched how efficient and quick everyone worked together. Ordered a cup of their seafood chowder that had clams, shrimp and mushrooms and the Sandy Beach Sandwich with bay shrimp, bacon, green onions and cheddar cheese on grilled sourdough. Sitting at the bar we were able to see all of the food that came out! They had a hot and cold crab sandwich that both looked delicious . Their Pub Cod sandwich was huge! The Shrimp Louie salad was big and had a lot of bay shrimp on it. This place was definitely worth the wait! Don’t miss out!“

“It's a taco truck on a relatively busy road, so the atmosphere isn't really a thing to be concerned about.I tried a couple of items, a shredded beef California burrito and a carnitas chimichanga.The California burrito was large and the shredded beef was very good, but the filling seemed to be mostly potato (fries). It might have been the way it was rolled, with all of the meat at one side, but that's just how it seemed to me. I don't know if I'd go for that one again or not, it is almost a wash for me.The chimichanga was loaded with pork, the meat was very flavorful, and the tortilla was nice and crispy without being burned. The container ended up with quite a lot of clear-ish liquid though, seeming to be from a combination of the salsa and the fresh tomatoes. This did soak into the bottom of the tortilla after a bit, but it was still delicious. I would definitely order the chimichanga again.“

“Was visiting a family member, we came from sacramento, so our first time visiting. When I walked in it was quiet and maybe only 2 ppl in there but we were greeted with a friendly face and someone very helpful. I ordered general chicken meal and a side of egg rolls. Food was ok. But I waa very disappointed in the egg rolls they were so greasy I had to throw one out since it was at the bottom of the to to go bag it got soggy. I suggest u try to take some oil off before serving them with a paper towel. But other than that meal was ok!“

“I manage a pizza place in New York and this is the closest thing I found in California to actual New York Pizza and of course the owners are from New Jersey, thin crust. Sweet sauce, light cheese... They knew what a garlic knot is. Pinwheels calzones... This is a New York pizza place. In Northern California.“
