I love this place. Delicious food, mostly fresh fish prepared in an elegant manner. Warm and friendly, without any pretense. Usually pretty busy, but just before a show at a nearby theater the place gets electric: the staff handles it well.
If you are going to a performance, make sure you get to the restaurant on time, and it's up to you to check and keep an eye on when you need to leave. If you do this, then your experience is much better. It's amazing how quickly they get the food out on time and how much they really try to cater to the pre-theatre crowd. It can feel hectic and a bit frantic. which can make the staff look overwhelmed, bit abrunperd at times. The noise level when full is loud
Consistently delicious and innovative, this gem offers great dining in a homey vibe. The professional and convivial staff work hard to meet the needs of diners - we especially liked last night's citrus and avocado salad and the sea scallops- topped by the strawberry pavlova and a hit fudge sundae. Perfect!
