The staff there are always courteous and genuine. They are prompt to take your order, offer suggestions and proud to tell you about their latest creation. The pieces are huge. The prices aren't. Dine in take out it worth it any way you choose. I frequent here quite a bit. My kids love their pizza. They offer lunch specials. The nostalgic TV shows for me is a great experience. If you find yourself leaving less than five stars, figure out why. And give them a second chance....
Paul’s Live From New York Pizza has several locations. I ate at the Eureka location. The food lives up to the name. I ordered their Margherita pizza, and it was delectable. Their Eggplant Parmigiana hero is also excellent. The hot sandwiches come with french fries, or for a little extra, you get a garden salad. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable.
Pizza was pretty good. The service could've been better. We ordered garlic knots that never came. This is the main reason, myself as a consumer, hate to tip restaurants before service is given. After letting the waitress know, she forgot. We asked for a refund on the knots & were obliged. No hard feelings on my end except to say the place wasn't real busy so I'm not sure how that slipped by.
