This is so hard for me because I often give really positive reviews. I was taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, you shouldn't say anything at all. They said the food was great, is a little overpriced about six to seven dollars a slice. They were large slices, it was quite delicious. What I didn't like was the customer service. There wasn't anybody in line after me, but the guy at the counter didn't really want to give me the time of day. This is one of the benefits about nobody knowing I write reviews, I got to catch people when they're naturally in their element. I just felt that the staff overall was kind of rude to me and also each other. It's disappointing because the food was really good and it was fast. We look forward to exploring more pizza places in Humboldt, we will not be going back to this one.

They had an hour left and decided to say they were closed to making pizza's, offered the ones by the slice. I tend to be courteous of buisness closing time, but an hour is sufficient enough time to offer time to make a pizza.

have been going here for the past year semi-regularly and they’re gonna stay one of my top places to eat in humboldt. staff are all super friendly and fun and the pizza is always great. plus they always got new specials to try, definitely give this place some loveVegetarian options: every pizza they have lists all ingredients so you know whether it’s vegetarian or not
I love their pizza and the wonderful variety they offer on a daily basis. The slices are always fresh and the staff is really friendly. The restaurant itself could likely use a facelift but for how large the space is and how busy they are, it is kept very clean!!! We even have family from outside the area who talk about wanting to come back for more slices!!! One area of improvement which is not related to the Restaurant is the lack of parking. A dedicated space would be helpful and much safer as well.

Food is good. However, a recent experience has made me decide to never returnWent to order a pizza with friends from their menu at the register. The price listed was $31.99. When I ordered I was charged over $40.00 dollars. When I asked about it, I was told that their prices have increased but the new menus had not arrived.I asked to speak to the manager who repeated cashier and added if I would turn the menu over and read the fine print, I would see it says prices subject to change.Great way to run a business.

They have gone downhill recently. I was disappointed with the quality. Not going back soon. Two stars is a very generous review for this restaurant that I once admired. I'm editing my original post after the owner asked me specifically about my "Decision" to give three stars and a negative review.Well, for starters, this is not the same fresh pizza I fell in love with ten years ago. Second, the pizza was bored and tired with so little sauce. Third, the staff were extremely underwhelming, bored and tired like the pizza, with no sauce. Fourth, I was kinda turned off by the dude making pizza with his bare hands, massaging the dough, and I've read other reviews by others saying that they didn't wash their hands after returning to the kitchen from the dining room. If the pizza was great, which it wasn't, I wouldn't be writing this. And if the owner didn't ask me how I arrived at my "Decision" to post three stars and give a negative review instead apologizing for the lousy product and service, you wouldn't be seeing this post!Obviously, the owner and management need to look in the mirror because " The fish rots from the head." My decision to post this is merely "My Decision."
