Yesterday at about 3pm was my first time stopping by because I saw there were $8 1/8ths. Regardless of quality, that's a terrific deal! Since I was a first time customer, Paton (sorry if misspelled) informed me that I got a 40% discount. She continued to be extremely helpful and courteous, asked if I knew any local growers and showed me a few that supply the store. It was hard to not buy her suggestion, an absolutely gorgeous strain called Clarkies Crush. I will most definitely be back in to get more in the future. She made sure that I didn't forget about the first time customer discount again displaying great professionalism. If she isn't a manager already, she certainly could be!
Had another visit and Cass was working along side Payton. They were both extremely patient even though I was being really picky. Not once did they seem annoyed and were always so polite and welcoming. They worked together in unison helping the other other customers while I took my time making my selection. I was impressed with their teamwork!

The staff is always welcoming, they’ve got great recommendations, and they’re always down for a chat. Super chill, great products, and you feel like part of the crew the minute you walk in. Highly recommend it!

I cannot say enough about this place. They are professional courteous and friendly. They are open late which helps me out working a later shift. They've got deals everyday of the week and they give you store credit for each dollar spent. Located very conveniently on the 101 and I really just can't say anything negative. I forgot what I got last time and it was a real banger so they looked it up and helped me find it again. I've been to about 15 different dispensaries in Eureka and by far the best one is Proper Wellness Center. We're moving out of state soon and I'm telling you the one place I'm really going to miss above all the restaurants, etc. is Proper Wellness Center. I'm going to miss you guys! Thanks for being so awesome!

The bud tenders are so personable, it's so chill here. Highly recommend! The best carts are here and for a great deal. Parking is never really an issue, even tho it's on a main street i can always find a spot. Liz is hella sweet and informative
