I’ve come to proper wellness for the past 4-5 years and have always receive great customer service and on top they have a variety of products to try… I’ve tried even pet oil drops for my dogs worked amazing, their bath bombs, disposables, and not to mention their flower is always amazing. I 100% recommend proper wellness. Hands down the best shop in Eureka!

Wouldn’t accept my dmv paper for replacement id even with a photo copy id and physical tribal id because it wasn’t a California tribe?? Stupid. And the “customer service” was terrible. Do better.

If you're looking for anything, ? they have it! If you're looking for a specific item in general most of the time they will have the brand of type of item but possibly not the exact strain or flavor. However beinga here a few times I can say there's nothing they don't have! On the down side is inventory for staff( I'll work there. I ❤️ counting) & checking dates on item before paying if it's to close to a date that you don't fancy ask if they have any in the back, newer possibly. Anywho I do also like the fact they have an ID check in lounge then a locked door you have to be buzzed into to actually be where product is. ? KUDOS to owner for employee safety. ALSO THERE TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN PRICE! NO RANDOM ANOTHER $10 IN TAXES YOU DIDNT EXPECT. My favorite things that I enjoy in dispensaries is having my taxes be included- they say it's $45- it's $45 out the door. Change drives me nuts & I love just an even dollar amount. Just me. I'm not saying I don't get taxed-yes I do. However I will include this receipt & you can see how it was the $45 the budtender told me.
Anywho, Def go to place to ck out the amount of items & brands they have.

I just came from Proper Wellness and am double happy because they had a ‘spin the wheel’ giveaway and I got some THC tincture free along with my inexpensive but totally-does-the-job ounce of flower. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Im half-deaf and they are always super patient with me. Nice peeps, good product. PWC is my regular stop now. There’s a dispensary 3 blocks from my house but the easy trip to Old Town is worth it especially with my bank on the corner lol.

The vibes here sucked so bad. The lady behind the counter looked so angry for no reason and just had hella attitude. Everytime she talked to me it seemed like I was inconveniencing her by just being there. 0/10 would not recommend

I go to this place for the first time, I ask for an 8th of good indoor. The vender than shows me a couple of strains (all the same brand) I pick a purple that smelled good. I open it when I get home and it's pretty much brown. That's because it's from Oct 2023. I am so pissed off I will never go back 55$ for an 8th of old weed. The reason people get indoor is because it's usually FRESH not 6 months old. The fact you recommended it knowing full well it was old is terrible practice you definitely lost a customer because of it
