Above and beyond. My daughter’s birthday balloon came off the string. The staff said, “The balloon needs to come down sometime.” Then got a ladder and took it down. Thank you Ramones!
I really enjoy most about this location. The things offered here are above and beyond a local coffee shop which is nice. But the thing that's a bit off-putting is the fact that the service is not exactly friendly. My daughter really needed a glass of water and the pitcher was empty. When I asked for it to be filled, I got a very annoyed and sarcastic response from the lady. She said it's coming someone will do it. 10 minutes later it still wasn't done so I asked...
Great food and coffees. Staff is always quick and courteous. The seats are kind of hard and I have to cut my visit short because I have hip and back problems and the hard seats cause them to act up. I do enjoy coming here whenever parking allows.
