I was waiting in line at the Drive-Thru for around 5 minutes or more waiting to place an order then when I drive to order a Blustery Bean I'm denied by the woman taking my order. Stating that she was sorry that she couldnot complete my order, due to being before 9am that she "Can't make it; due to the morning rush..." For the last 5 years when I drive thru or stay in Eureka (typically stay for at least a week most times 2 weeks) this is my place . I have went to every Jitter Bean but the on on Montgomery St is by far my favorite Every single employee I have met in the last 5 years from the Montgomery St location has been amazing Not one time have I ever had a wrong drink or a bad drink All you ladies and gentlemen (past and present) are amazing Thank You so much for every great experience...read full review

Just went though and the lady walked away before I was done ordering took almost 15 minuets to come back, told her I wanted another drink , took another 10/15 minuets to make it and by the time she gave me my drinks they where melted , and yeah I could hear the girls arguing. Worst experience I've ever had will not be back!
