“this place is great and normally I love everything, the Mom and Pop vibes and the old fashioned style shop. the donuts are extremely good. and even though yesterday, the lady who works the counter was frowning at me the whole time, I still recommend them. but she really needs to stop that, it made me uncomfortable. the man working with her was polite, and she was saying polite things and being polite.. just with a look on her face that made me feel like I had inconvenienced her by coming in. heck, I still recommend them, everyone can have a bad day and a surly staff can be amusing.“

“I just want to give A shout out to the Arcata Giunitoli manager and staff. They are always wonderful everyday no matter the time I stop in there. I stopped in recently on my birthday to see if they had started offering there VIP customers A free drink on there birthday. The company doesn't do the free drink on your birthday still. But the amazing manager said she'd buy my drink for my birthday. All the staff there always goes above and beyond. Keep up the great work your all appreciated.“

“Jitter Bean is my go to for coffee, always hot, always taste great. They roast their beans here locally, you can smell them roasting from their Broadway location. All their Baristas are amazing and work hard, long lines roll though their drive up very smoothly. They treat me and my dog amazing and remember us each time.“

“I like this Starbucks because I manifested it into existence. I live on the south side of town. Worked in Fortuna and like Starbucks. I can't help but like Starbucks. Consistent, clean, and courteous. The blond expresso never bitter. I've tried a load of others😖 They are all claiming they're great. “Unfortunately, there are very few cafes with a nice atmosphere, friendly service, and above all, great tasting food and coffee anymore. Familia has all of these things. My breakfast sandwich was really delicious, and my latte was just as good. I didn’t feel like I was bothering the staff with my presence, and the music was great. I like to check out small businesses when possible. Music had a nice chill vibe for either relaxing or getting stuff done on the laptop.“
