“this place is great and normally I love everything, the Mom and Pop vibes and the old fashioned style shop. the donuts are extremely good. and even though yesterday, the lady who works the counter was frowning at me the whole time, I still recommend them. but she really needs to stop that, it made me uncomfortable. the man working with her was polite, and she was saying polite things and being polite.. just with a look on her face that made me feel like I had inconvenienced her by coming in. heck, I still recommend them, everyone can have a bad day and a surly staff can be amusing.“

“I routinely come here and they are so nice and honestly underrated. They have really good everything and they are seldom crowded while other coffee places are a 15 minute wait. They have two windows. Look for the less crowded one because some people miss this.“

I enjoy spending my money on smaller local places like this one where their product is quality and your money is staying within the community. Plus everyone working there is friendly and helpful without turning into a D.B. high school pep rally. 6 stars if I could give it.“

“The drinks are always perfect (I would know, I go every day), the employees are so beautiful and kind literally every single day through rain or shine, and it always flows like clockwork no matter how busy. I've been going to Dutch for a long time and this is the best store I've ever been to in any state/city/anywhere. Love these guys, give them all a lot of money and praise tysm!!! (Also they write on my cup sometimes and it's sweet. This review has been long overdue.)“

“Traveling along the entire California coast with my partner and this is the best coffee we have found anywhere on our travels!High quality coffee & food, absolutely gorgeous historic building, and super friendly staff! We had ordered a cappuccino and a lavender latte, and WOW from the first sip you can tell they use high quality beans and dairy to create beverages that are delicious works of art. We also ordered one vegetarian chilaquiles to share, and it was so tasty we ordered a second one so that we didn’t have to share :)Happy to see lots of veggie options, and excited to hear about the second location in Arcata, which we are going to have to check out so we can try more goodies and pick up a shirt so we can rep our new favorite coffee shop! ??“

“Cute coffee shop with a nice selection of food (enough to make a meal out of it) and a good place to meet with study groups. It is not crowded most of the time, so you needn’t feel bad about staying for multiple hours if you’re in a study group, and you can easily get snacks and drinks to boost your energy while studying. Way quieter than Starbucks, and the food tastes better too. Not as overpriced as Starbucks.“

“Jitter Bean is my go to for coffee, always hot, always taste great. They roast their beans here locally, you can smell them roasting from their Broadway location. All their Baristas are amazing and work hard, long lines roll though their drive up very smoothly. They treat me and my dog amazing and remember us each time.“

“I ordered four different types of single origin coffee from gold Rush. Ethiopian, Kenya, Costa Rica and Sumatra. I love them all. The delivery came very quick.“

“We love bakeries. Some days we stop at two or three as we travel through towns. The reviews said Ramone's was really good so we had to try them. As soon as we walked in and saw the cases our eyes lit up. Great selection of quality pastries and cakes. We settled on 2 orange-currant scones and a baby NY cheesecake just big enough for two. We ate one of the scones as soon as we got back in our vehicle and almost went back for more. Full of flavor and nice texture. We had the cheesecake for dinner dessert and yes, it was fantastic. One of the best cheesecakes we have had. You have to go to Ramone's if you are anywhere near Eureka. The only thing we are sorry about is we were out of town too far to go back for another cheesecake by the time we ate it. Super high marks. Thank you Ramone's.“
