The manager here was very rude and she made me feel uncomfortable. The parking lot is also terrible.
I used to really like this Starbucks because I could order a drink and some food and sit in the enclosed patio and work. I'd also meet friends and colleagues there. The patio was quieter and more comfortable.
They decided to close it so there is only seating at about 6 tables inside. It's really noisy and half the time, you can't find a seat. (If they put felt pads under the chair and table legs it would certainly help but since they haven't, you constantly hear the sound...read full review

Starbucks Coffee Company is described as having excellent tea, with more teabags used in larger cups to ensure it is strong. The staff always gets orders right and makes them perfectly, with food actually hot. Even when super busy, service is super fast and friendly, with everyone working as a team. The location is cool, right off the Redwood hwy, and the building blends in well with old buildings. A neat sign out front is a nice detail. The store is warm and cozy, with a nice big seating area and very nice bathrooms (pin number required). Staff offers an enthusiastic hello, wave, and smile. Drinks are delicious, and service is excellent and swift. The drive through is surprisingly shoe-horned into the space.
