I have crippling anxiety and this is NOT the store for it. In the past I have helped remove individuals fighting, dealt with the homeless problem everyday at this location and tgats the tip of the iceberg at this spot. I have been traveling came back to mostly new crew and oh they were ready for me yesterday they even got the guy with the muscles to deal with me hahaha. My crime? I sit at the curb in my car, and then generally go in for 1 whole refill. I know I'm outrageous! My anxiety doesnt always allow me to sit inside. Been doing this for longer than the staff here has been alive..as a Cellular engineer i travel a lot... now that coffee is once again up a full1$ i guess I'm stealing from the company.... they even have a patio I'm 4 feet from that. GOOD CATCH LADIES. LoL.. jfc. 30 year customer who's had enough anxiety with this one.

They where super busy this morning and I was worried I'd have to wait a while, but they got it out super fast and they where all very friendly. Everyone seemed to be working as a team. Thank you!

Nice experience here, I like the neat sign out front it was a nice detail. I met a couple really cool people here. Staff was very nice and my drink turned out pretty good. They had a nice big seating area that was more than enough for our research group to come in, and they had very nice bathrooms, just have to ask for the pin number. The store is very warm and cozy when you come in from the cold outdoors its nice

We ordered our drinks at 190° because we like them that hot. As it was, they were not, and we had to drink them quickly to have them warm.

My family is on vacation and when had a wonderful experience here. We were greeted with an enthusiastic hello, wave, and smile. It felt like I lived here and we were regulars. :) Excellent, swift service. Drinks were delicious. Great place to hang out while we waited to get access to our hotel.

Cool location and building that's right off the Redwood hwy. We dropped in to use the restrooms and grab something to drink and eat on our road trip. It's located in building that blends in very well with the other old buildings in the area. The most surprising part is that they managed to shoe-horn a drive through into the space.

Writing this as I sit here for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line yet again. I quit coming here due to so many incorrect drinks and long wait times, but swung in this morning since the line wasn't very long. Yet, they find a way to take 30+ minutes no matter how long the line is. If you're trying to get somewhere, go elsewhere.
