I had a younger gentleman make my Sandwich twice last week He did an excellent job. excellent customer service when they were definitely in a lunch rush. This guy was pulling his own weight and then some. I think that sandwich architecture is something that is easy to do, but a lot of people making sandwiches just don't pay attention. The sandwich was balanced with nothing falling out and everything distributequally throughout the sandwich. Do not go to this Subway. According to their own staff,, Management/Owner doesn't care enough to discipline/replace staff who call in, leaving the remaining 2 staff to try and do everything. I ordered online and 30 minutes later they hadn't even started it. Waited another 20 while they helped other customers in front of me. Staff is slow and exasperated. Send a message to these owner/franchisees; get your act together and care about your business/customers or expect Home Office to come visit you. Ill never visit this location again. You shouldn't either unless you want to wait an hour for your food.

This is the worst subway I've ever been to in my life. They are constantly busy and frequently only have 1 person running the whole store during rush times 11-1. I know its the poor scheduling isn't the workers fault, but when almost every single worker there moves like a sloth its hard to be sympathetic. I made the mistake of hoping my girlfriend and I could get a sandwich in a timely fashion today and left the store absolutely shocked.Two workers were behind the counter so the visit started off with a chance of being good but that quickly changed because one worker frequently left the line to check her phone in the back leaving a very clearly new person to fend for themselves. The worker claimed she was trying to get a hold of her boss to tell them they were out of things, but leaving the line and people's sandwiches unattended 4 separate times? I don't think so. Did she think her boss was going to text her some more ingredients? We arrived at the store around 12:40 and didn't walk out until 1:20 and we were the second customers in line. That's 40 minutes for 2 transactions. Absolutely atrocious service and I will never come back.

Honestly , this location is absolutely ridiculous. Went there, they had nothing. The lady running the floor on may 12 left the floor twice to make a phone call when there was literally a line out the door and then told her employee he could answer his brothers phone call when there was literally a line out the door. WHY ARE YOU GUYS MAKING PHONE CALLS AND LEAVING THE LINE WHEN YOU HAVE 6 PEOPLE IN LINE. You guys seriously need to hustle.OH AND the older lady running the floor was talking s*** about her employees saying "I'm going to make sure she gets fired" to customers and that's absolutely disgusting. Keep it to yourself that should be between you and your manager not telling the whole world.

Decided to be a semi healthy person sissy and went in for a tuna sub, gave the guy working my bread selection and he then proceeded to wipe off himself from chest down then grabbed my bread to start my sandwich.... That is f****** disgusting. I've been in the food industry my whole life and that's basic food safety after you touch anything questionably dirty you wash your Hands and put on a fresh pair of gloves.. would not recommend eating here at all

A couple of small booths to sit in if you eat there. I love their Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread! Also, the woman, Nicole, who helped us was professional, friendly, and upbeat!Vegetarian options: Veggie Delite is a good one! I don't follow a vegetarian diet but I've gotten it many times because they pile on all the veggies!Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly/simple atmosphere.Parking: Free on and off-street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance.

Overall not a good experience. Likely not returning …. At least to this location.At the date and time of my visit this Subway was not up to par at all.1 staff member (the other was on break smoking in the parking lot), there was a line and there were online / delivery orders were being called in / waiting to be filled.I had time so I waited. When it was my turn, I was informed that I had to wait as there was nobody avail to reset all the bread. (Dough had to be prepped and the cooked rolls needed to be transferred).When I finally did get to order, they were out of various ingredients.Ultimately I got a sandwich that was OK from what they did have available.
