Seems like they're always short staffed. But the friendly people who do work there do a wonderful job. They're typically busy during lunch time. And I've noticed there's always a line on the weekends. Expect a 5 to 10 minute wait, sometimes longer tbh.
We have a good experience here with my ? The sandwiches ? we ordered is delicious and the person who made it is very nice , seems like really cleaned. We're gonna ordered again our favorite footlong sandwiches ?
Disappointed. $48 order, with a wrap, salad and 3 footlongs. The online ordering wouldn't honor the 15% off special for footlongs. My order included special instructions to keep salad dressing separate from the salad, AND I called and left a message on the store phone nearly an hour beforehand, again to make sure the salad dressing was kept separate from the salad. When I picked up the order, the salad was drenched in the salad dressing, and was missing the pepper jack cheese....
