No Bueno!!! I got the tacos and there was no salsa or anything. Just bland meat onions and cilantro... No flavor, plain and unimpressive.
Picked up a beef taco salad w/o beans and it was delicious! Generous serving size and very flavorful. Will definitely stop by, again.
So freaking good! Best breakfast burritos in town! Homemade tortillas and salsas. Everyone who works there is super nice. Highly recommend!
Got a fajita burrito and I know this is a bold statement, I have had some really good ones, but this one might be the best one ever. Fresh cooked peppers, all the flavors were bomb. Covered my hoodie and pants on mess but it was amazing.
Actual best Mexican food truck in Eureka. If they were open every day, I would eat there every day. Their bean and rice burritos are whole reproach, the prices rule, the staff is great. Go there now!
Portions are massive and they have the BEST fish tacos with mango salsa.
Not at all the same as the last chimichga it seemed small and Lettuce was sad sour cream was liquid in a container. Lacking and so disappointed I really was looking forward to treating myself to a good lunch. Last time the food was awesome.
Best (homemade!) flour tortillas in Humboldt! Great prices on huge, yummy burritos!

Such a wonderful experience, the battered fish tacos were divine..they were friednto perfection with purple cabbage and delicious mango salsa to top it off simply a party in my mouth, I also ordered the Huarache with Carne Asada and a fresh Jamaica which was delicious! But man, I can't get those fish tacos out of my mind, I'm gonna have order like 6 of those next time I regret only having 3 . Out side seating is available and they even had vegetarian options for my coworker, she loved her Tofu burrito! And my other coworker loved her Carne Asada fries!
Vegetarian options: They have opinions like Tofu and others for proteins ! They also have cactus leaf which is super yummy on the huaraches!

Strange location for a Taco Truck, but it is located next to a gas station. Parking is a little limited but there is also street parking. The food hasn't disappointed yet! Amazing Birria Tacos, good burritos too. Definitely a must eat if you're passing through Broadway on Highway 101 and are looking for some nice grub for a decent price
Parking: In the Parking lot of the Gas Station the Truck is parked at. 5 spots total, street parking available

I love their grilled fish tacos! Fish tastes so flavorful. I don't know if the tortilla is homemade or not but it is good and holds up. Carnitas is flavorful too. Fast and friendly service every time. Fair prices.
Parking: Can be crowded during lunch hours, spaces next to the truck my be limited

Ordered the Super Burrito. Mine had an undercooked & overcooked tortilla, probably from too hot a grill, resulting in uneven cooking. There was a powdery, gritty residue all over my hands & mouth as well. Maybe not enough oil used to grill it off? Why powdery? I dunno.
Tough al pastor, that had been cut into very small chunks. I think was cut that way, so it could be cooked & ready quickly instead of stewed low & slow, which is what you should do for such a lean muscle meat to make sure it's tender.
Seasoning of the al pastor was OK, except the filling ratios were way off (75% white rice & beans, with barely any lettuce/onion/avocado, and there was no cilantro). Because of the overabundance of underseasoned starch & too little meat, there wasn't much flavor. Glad I didn't have the sour cream in it. That would have erased the flavor even more. And sorry to say, there was little to no texture either. Mushy b/c of a lack of enough crunchy lettuce to balance it.
Maybe I got food on an off-day, but I feel like I picked up on enough to say the food is prepared fast & cheap (no problem with that), but without as much care towards quality. Saved $3 compared to a burrito I would normally get at a restaurant, but it wasn't worth it! $13 for OK white rice & refried beans & a bit of tough pork. Better to pay the $16 and receive a truly super burrito as described. Normally, I can only eat 1/2 of a super. This one was big, but I ate it all. Sorry, I will go elsewhere next time. With the recession bearing down on us all, I can only afford to support places I really enjoy. Good luck to you!
