We went on Wine Wednesday and so there was no corkage fee which was a definite plus. The menu is limited but overall we were served very tasty food. Our group had a variety - the salmon, spinach ravioli and short ribs were delicious but the chicken picata was only so-so. You had to pay extra for a plate of artisan bread which was a bummer. Overall a good evening and the restaurant and patio were busy.

Some sort of shrimp scampi pasta. Excellently crafted. They're not jumbo shrimp, but I think the size worked well here since the sauce is the heart of the dish: more surface area, and they definitely don't skimp on the portion there. There's a touch of pesto and chili that elevate the cream sauce.

A really nice place, good food, friendly service, patio dining, extensive wine list. The appetizers are really just for 2 people, you can stretch it if you need to, but they are small, very tasty though. The Caesar salad with real anchovies was very good (I’m a Caesar snob). The Brussels sprouts were toasted just right, a lot of nuts edged on too many but great flavor. The short rib was really good, as was the scampi linguini. The house wines were so-so, but they have better bottles available for sure. Skip the lemon curd, but other desserts were ok. Super friendly and helpful staff. A great patio area for evening dining in good weather. It’s pricy, but it is upscale good food.

This was our first time trying Fabian's and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing, especially the pasta alla vodka. The cocktails were great and the service was on par. The standout for us, was the host Molly. We were actually running late for our reservation, so called in and from that first conversation, she was great. Was we arrived at the restaurant we observed how attentive she was to all the guests, from getting waters, boxing up leftovers, pre-bussing tables, describing deserts and all the while doing it with a smile. She is one of a kind. We will for sure be back.

Great food, drinks are meh ..mostly ice and overpriced . Cheese cake is a wow!!!
Prices are way more than what google suggests. With a drink you are talking about $40-$50 a person.

Took 45 minutes for the waiter to take my order. Took another hour and half to get my food. Shows up and it’s the most basic meal of my life. Asked for a multitude of things and the waiter never delivered. Overall a really unfortunate experience. Got here at 12:30 pm, it’s 2:12pm as I write this and I just got my food.

There is a moment when the aroma of garlic and herbs fills the room and everything outside seems slightly distant. That’s what dinner felt like at this Italian restaurant near Fair Oaks. Plates appeared, conversation slowed, and the flavors seemed almost suspended in the air for a moment.

Wednesday evening, Fair Oaks. Stopped by this Italian restaurant almost by accident. Ordered pasta and a simple salad. The food tasted honest, the room felt warm, and people were quietly enjoying their dinners. Nothing dramatic happened — just a good meal that made the evening better.

Yet again Fabians out does itself. Staff- friendly and timely, attentive; atmosphere er, pleasant, booths talk enough to buffet noise, nice music; food, well... winter caprese salad of perfect taste and texture, braised Brussel sprouts with hazelnuts and bacon and house aioli, spinach ravioli with lemon sauce, fettuccine colognes with wagyu beef sauce ! Apple creme bruleé, magnifique!

My wife ordered the pot de creme and after tasting it said she doesn't need physical gratification, in not so many words. Thanks a lot! 😂

The service was incredible. My water glass was never empty. I've never been more hydrated! The artisan bread was delicious and my husband really enjoyed the seafood pasta. I had the fettuccini bolognese and it was good, but a bit bland for my taste. My picky 3-year-old loved the spaghetti with marinara. The restaurant had a beautiful candlelit atmosphere and high walls for privacy between tables, which allowed us to feel comfortable bringing our toddler without the risk of bothering anyone on a romantic date night. The martini felt a little bit weak but I ordered it extra dirty and I definitely got what I asked for.

It was “ok” I have dined there before with better experience. Hard to get my water glass filled Asked for my sandwich dressing on the side wasn't included on the plate. My guest sandwich was served dry. She asked for some it was brought. Although the waiter was very friendly, it was a blah experience
