I miss the physical store. It was my favorite place to hang out and enjoy a cuppa. Hopefully there is a point they can reopen or at least do pop-ups at festivals. That being said, their online store is still going. I've purchased some of their teas as gifts for friends and helped stocked my tea shelf. So far I've loved everything I've tried. The Apricot Brandy, Creme Brulee, and Machu Peach-u are a few of my favorites. I recently ordered the Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, and Lilac Dream. I very much look forward to trying them. Please consider buying from them because they're a fantastic company. It's hard to find a good tea shop so it's important to support them. Not to mention they're price per ounce is a lot cheaper than most grocery store teas and the quality is considerably better as well.

Cozy local spot for a refreshment whether hot or iced! The staff is helpful and give great recommendations. They have a wide variety of teas to choose from with some unique specialty blends. I had a St. Patrick’s day iced mint matcha tea with soy milk and it was delicious! I would definitely go again.

09/21/19 was the last day that Nautilus Tea company would be opened in Fair Oaks or in a Brick & Mortar for that matter. They have a few Tea's left and 40% off all merchandise. It's sad to see a small business have to close like this. One of the employees did say that all their Tea's can still be bought online and that they will be selling their tea around all the local Farmers markets as well as the State Fair so that's a plus at least you can still purchase you Tea products from them. I came in looking for Lemon Tea, Peppermint and Earl Grey. I did buy all the remaining Peppermint they had in stock as well as the Earl Grey and I bought some merchandise since of course it was on sale and I passed on the lemongrass Tea they had left. I'll definitely be checking out their website as well as check them out when I'm at the farmers market. I'm sad to see the storefront go.

I discovered this lovely shop back in November while visiting my husband's family. The atmosphere was wonderful and the tea was delicious. I visited both times that I have been back in the area and am sad that they are closing before I move to the area. I hope that they will rise like the phoenix and have another store front on day.

I just discovered this gem of a tea shop this morning. I didn't want to visit a Starbuck's, I wanted something original and unique with an array of blended drinks that are pretty and bring flowers into the mix.
Staff was friendly. Knowledgeable of their tea selection and very helpful when I was trying to decide what teas were close to ones I had before. Very mellow feel and the steampunk decor earns an extra star in my book. Lovely selection of Teas, and Tea related accessories. They also carry teas that aren't just for drinking. Teas that aren't for drinking you say?! What other purpose could they possibly serve?! Get this. They also have a selection of teas for your bath! That's right now you can be just like Simplynailogical. But I digress, Tea enthusiasts, or aspiring novices check this place out. You wont be disappointed.
