I mostly visit through the drive through. It's busy most of the time so plan to wait in line in excess of 10-15 minutes most of the time. The employees are kind which does make up for some of it but if you are ever in a hurry skip this place! it's not worth raising your blood pressure over it. I visit due to the convenience and the direction I am heading so I know not to be in a hurry.

I have been going to this Starbucks for over 2 years now almost every single morning and I am very familiar with the employees. This morning I can tell they hired someone new because the line was taking extremely long. I understand people need to get used to the job at hand but she messed up our order 3 times……I would also be able to understand if she was under pressure but it was not busy at all. Not only that, she was being OVERLY friendly with my partner calling her darling and love over and over again. Normally I do not have a problem with that but when it becomes directed and overused it becomes disrespectful especially when I do not get acknowledgment whatsoever or a single look in the eye. She either needs to learn common courtesy and learn how to do her job or pack it up. She had tattoos on her arms and a ponytail. I do not wanna see her face again at this wonderful Starbucks that I so often come to.

I like this location of Starbucks, it is hard to find a good location these days. The staff here are super friendly and you can tell they work hard to keep the store up to standard and to welcome everyone with the compassion they do.

Really nice Starbucks. Lots of sitting. The staff were super nice and chill. Lots of parking. Very busy road so leaving the parking lot will take some time. Really clean atmosphere and the indoor temperature is perfect. Our favorite thing about the store is the holiday music playing on the speakers.

Chad, the store manager, is honestly the best! He’s always so kind, friendly, and makes my drinks perfectly every time. He truly makes this Starbucks location feel so welcoming. He’s the reason this is the only location I go to. 100/10 service always 🫶

There are quite a lot of homeless people around, and it feels like this should be better managed. Also, the staff isn’t always very friendly.
Ordered my usual soy latte which was made perfectly with Starbucks deliciousness 😋 The store was clean and the staff was friendly. There was ample parking and seating available, and the bathroom was spotless.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Starbucks we were in line at the drive-thru on 8/31/25 and we were in the Drive-Thru for a good 20 minutes and there was one person ahead of us we had also ordered ahead, didn't seem to make a difference by the time we got to the window, on 100° Day by the way, the staff member named Hannah didn't acknowledge the wait at all -so I asked why it took so long? she replied with a very condescending tone no explanation no real apology just a shrug of the shoulders. They seemed to be having a good time at everyone else's expense. Top it off food was burnt. Why did I just pay $25 to get smirked at.

Just went through the drive-through they said that they couldn’t give me an iced green tea. Most likely because it takes longer than other drinks and I find that ridiculous I shouldn’t be sitting in a drive-through for 10 minutes At the window and being refused A green tea, or being told to wait. It seems like the whole McDonald’s situation where the ice cream maker is down so we can’t give you ice cream today. I used to work there and I know how long it takes to make one. I’m not trying to be rude. I know how hard these people work but at the same time you don’t lie to your customers, you can be honest. And getting an attitude when a customer asked a question is ridiculous.
