This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Starbucks we were in line at the drive-thru on 8/31/25 and we were in the Drive-Thru for a good 20 minutes and there was one person ahead of us we had also ordered ahead, didn't seem to make a difference by the time we got to the window, on 100° Day by the way, the staff member named Hannah didn't acknowledge the wait at all -so I asked why it took so long? she replied with a very condescending tone no explanation no real apology just a shrug of the shoulders. They seemed to be having a good time at everyone else's expense. Top it off food was burnt. Why did I just pay $25 to get smirked at.

Bagels are the best thing my 9 year old has ever tasted, according to her. And warm croissants. She says to come here to eat right now and not to forget anything she said.

Just went through the drive-through they said that they couldn’t give me an iced green tea. Most likely because it takes longer than other drinks and I find that ridiculous I shouldn’t be sitting in a drive-through for 10 minutes At the window and being refused A green tea, or being told to wait. It seems like the whole McDonald’s situation where the ice cream maker is down so we can’t give you ice cream today. I used to work there and I know how long it takes to make one. I’m not trying to be rude. I know how hard these people work but at the same time you don’t lie to your customers, you can be honest. And getting an attitude when a customer asked a question is ridiculous.

I worked for Starbucks back in the 00s and we sold syrups and milks to people so I asked if they sold a seasonal syrup and the barista behind the counter seemed offended that I even asked and told me we never did that. Okay?
The protein boxes that were available weren't properly sealed (lid closed but no tape or tape was outside the lip of the lid) and I was told they're still consumable.
The new policy is that water cannot be given unless you purchase something.
Would not recommend. Visit a local shop or a different chain.
I come to this location and others regularly. I was in a rush and had to use the restroom. I unfortunately did not purchase anything this particular time and was refused to use the restroom.
Great service great drinks great atmosphere, I went here after having a horrible drink remade twice at the greenback location and they remade me my matcha soooooo soooooo much better and were very sweet. While I’m writing this I might as well add that I’ve been to this location a million times and I would say it’s the best I’ve found so far for schoolwork. Comfy seating and lots of outlets for charging laptop or phone. Very sweet staff that know their stuff

Good morning all. I am a door dasher waiting for an order and a homeless gentleman came inside and fell asleep. A teammate Kassy then walked over to him politely and told him he couldn't sleep here then he said he just needed to wake up. Sassy then goes and gets him some coffee, the gentleman got up drank some and left. Way to go Kassy. Big ups on human kindness....

The staff consistently displays a friendly and cheerful attitude.
Despite being busy with many customers, they bring out samples of coffee and pastries to introduce new menu items.
A photo spot is set up for creating memories, and the space is arranged with a fancy area, allowing customers to enjoy their coffee in a pleasant atmosphere.
