The place is alright. Though they do not report if they are out of something so if you order on the app and they do not have it. Do not expect a refund or even an acknowledgement. I asked if I would get my money back or something else and an employee rolled their eyes and just walked away. Half the times I went to this location I would constantly hear fights between the employee's would be cussing at each other left and right. The employee's attention is rarely on the customers and often barely acknowledge anyone beyond themselves.

Show up. litereally 7 employees talking. Doing nothing. No customers in the lobby. I stand at the register for 30 seconds and no one breaks conversation. Then finally when I'm being served I give my order and the lady already has an attitude with me. Not listening to my order and trying to be condescending.

I bought this cup took it home to wash it and soap was stuck inside the cup. This cup was defective and Starbucks wouldn't exchange it for a new one. The girl at Safeway on Friday at 1:00 pm had very poor customer service.
35 min drive through wait, terrible customer service, oh and every single one of my drinks tasted like shi*. Not sure how this place has three stars. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Safeway Starbucks nearby.
