“I discovered this lovely shop back in November while visiting my husband's family. The atmosphere was wonderful and the tea was delicious. I visited both times that I have been back in the area and am sad that they are closing before I move to the area. I hope that they will rise like the phoenix and have another store front on day.“

“won’t be coming back to this bubble tea shop. There was no greeting when I walked in. I ordered two drinks and a piece of cake, and they didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. After waiting six minutes, they had only made one drink. They had to remake the order to get the second drink done, and still didn’t provide a receipt. Maybe they misheard my order, but if they had given me a receipt, I would have noticed right away.

I didn’t leave a tip—first, because there was no customer service attitude, and second, because my order was to-go. Even when they messed up the order, I didn’t receive a single apology. When my order was ready, they just set it on the counter and mumbled something without caring whether I heard it. When I left, there was still no greeting, just two girls behind the counter whispering while looking at me.“

“The manager and staff are awesome . The manager Guy suggested different drinks and my coffee was good he did it exactly how I wanted. I am very picky when it comes to strong coffee and less sugar. I highly recommend the wet cappuccino. Friendly place and cute“

“I went to the rancho location all the time and love it so close to us“

“I sat at the bar and waited but the bartenders only helped people who were standing in line at the register as if i wasnt sitting at the bar waiting. So after seeing them help everyone who was in line and helping people who walked in after me. I just got in the back of the line after 5 people who arrived after me and then was helped. After that they started serving me at the bar. It was surprisingly delicious though. Nice dark chill atmosphere and definitely unique. I'll be back.“
