I went to Arby’s last night for dinner an I have to give Charles and Jacob a huge complement! They both did an excellent job with customer service. Charles took my order over the drive thru speak and Jacob gave me my order at the window. They were both very polite and accommodating to my requests.
Fast food places need more staff like these two.
Thanks again! Definitely will be a returning customer.
I like their French Dip sandwich.
Why on the heck did they go away! Then sneak back.
