Good food and warm, friendly service. Highly recommend the Lumpia!
Food was good and fast (Cafeteria style turo-turo). A few tables for eat-in but most of the orders were take-out. Staff appears to know many loyal customers and there were many customers. They also have a catering menu for parties.
