It was a great experience at this Carls Jr. The cashier was very friendly & suggested these Guac Fries & they did not disappoint! All the ingredients were very fresh. Plus, this location is SUPER clean!

Wow, I can spend more here for a meal than at a sit-down retaraunt. Besides the slow service and soggy fries... maybe some diabetes with your meal. Would I recommend this place? No way!

The cashier made it seem like he was ready to take our order and then stopped us on the second combo we were ordering to help someone else in the drive through. They then had to restart and then have help and they even then messed up two of the items we were ordering. They merged two burgers together (one of which had no changes while the other did) and completely ignored my family member despite her saying at least twice to both employees that she wanted certain items on hers. We ended up paying for a full on combo for a patty wrapped in only lettuce without anything else on it which was not what we ordered and should have cost probably half of what we paid. The first combo we had to completely order again and when the fries came out they were cold and tasted like they were hours old. Very frustrating and unappetizing, definitely will not be coming here again and do not recommend this location.

We went because after the Superbowl, they said Carl's. Jr free burger tomorrow at all Carl's Jr. Well, we got there, and it asked us to download the app. It was frustrating to download the app that we just left.
Food is great, I’m always using drive through doe to lunch break, I normally don’t write reviews but it’s happened every time im paying on Saturdays, so as I’m paying every employee so far has informed me that their system is dawn once I pull out my phone to pay and it goes through all the time, it seems that the employee looks upset, and I feel uncomfortable, I’m thinking they did something to my food, if issue is resolved I believe business will be great.

Fries weren't HOT ENOUGH... ALSO WAS GREASY/limp... potatoes tots were HOT but TOO GREAASY... won't be back anytime soon..How hard is it to lift potatoes out the fryer?? Lean at angle and bang the metal basket over fryers to get off as much oil as possible??? It takes maybe 10 seconds MAX to do it.. NO REASON TO RUSH when there's a total of 2 customers in drive thru... UN ACCEPTABLE!!I USE TO WORK AT FAST FOOD.. I always made sure the Fry's were ON POINT when I was in charge of fryer for my shift... sheesh!! Get it right!! Please
