This little joint is located inside the mall. The food is absolutely delicious! The service is very quick and food takes about 10-15 minutes. We've been there a couple times and the food is always very hot. There are lots of tables for us to sit. It's probably one of the best food places at the mall.

Really good tasting food without a doubt, My wife and I both love the California Chicken and the Philly Cheesesteak is done right. For some reason, the way they list the price on the receipt seems like you're paying too much for what you ordered. I will make my order and make it a meal... I hope they are not over charging because it feels like they are. Most of the time when needed, we will get a free drink refill, except for the last visit. They charged for the full price...

I went to Charlie's and got the kids meal for my son he liked it pretty much I gave them 5 stars because it came with everything a kid wants a full meal with a dessert I remember when Charlie's first came to the Fairfield Mall I kind of figured it was going to stay around because we don't really have another cheese steak place in Fairfield really you got to go to Suisun the only bad thing I have to say is that it couldn't be done learning how to cook multiple...
