This place has multiple workout spots circling around the lake. Their fun activities as well. Apparently , you can be able to go on either a small boat or a canoe, but you must have safety equipment on at all times. Well worth going for a nature walk.
This is a beautiful (expensive) housing development. They are building a gym and community center for the local residents. There is a 22 acre lake and a community garden. There is also a big apartment building. But the gem is in the glass building by the lake, Journey Coffee Company.
