Got a bowl and a 2 entree meals. They ran out of 1 of my entrees, so I had to wait. Then as I waited for that entree they ran out of another one on my 2 entree meal plate. I might have been there 45 mins for a quick trip down the street. Should have taken no more then 15 min.

I have never seen this restaurant so dirty! We couldn’t even stay to eat like we wanted to. Our food tasted like it was sitting there under the heat lamp too long. Had no honey flavor anymore and was falling apart. The manager Nhu never greeted anyone the entire time we entered to the time we left. Lady looked miserable or pissed off. Poor girl who was working the front counter was trying to balance doing to-go orders and the people coming inside! The cashier Caroline was super polite. It was super chaotic and not how it used to be. The quality from cleanliness to food went out the door. I used to really like coming here but I would not recommend this location anymore.

Brought my pregnant girlfriend here for her honey walnut shrimp. Place was honestly a huge mess. There was no where clean to sit down, counters & utensil area were nasty. Order taker was trying to do online orders and help the front so I understand it was busy . Cashier was nice. The woman in black who we assume was the manager never said hello and looked irritated to even be there. Think her name was Nu.
We decided to take the food home, but even that was not cooked right. It was really squishy and falling apart. It tasted old or like it was sitting there too long to be served to anyone. We used to come a couple times a month, but this place really went downhill. We won’t be coming back to this location.

The general manager Nihu is a joy. She was so helpful when I had in issue with the online ordering and she was so accommodating and kind. This is the location I have come to for a few years already and the food is always fresh and the staff is always kind and thoughtful. Thanks again to Nihu for all of your assistance and making my experience wonderful.

Really good for what it is. Food is colorful and tasty, warm and there. The place is very well run and spotless, but not really intended for a dine-in experience. Particularly like the eggplant tofu and the chow mein noodles.

I eat panda express because it’s food is closet to home for me but this location needs to change their staff or give them orientation about customer service . There is this older Chinese woman, her attitude is bad and I thought I was the only one until my brother and my friend went there .

To me it’s is unnecessary for me to give you my money for a service ( to everyone regardless of who they are , in as much you are not insulted at your job) and you act foolish.

I will still buy from you because I won’t change myself because of uncivilized behavior of one person .

Terrible customer service from Sami (possible spelling error). Repeated my order too quickly and I told her couldn't catch up and she said "well I'm repeating it to you now, if there's a problem with your order it's on you". Extremely rude and aggressive. I came in with a family of 6 and none of us could recall doing anything to her that would warrant such evident hostility. Theres also the incident with the soda machine and the way she handled it was unnecessary and hostile. She then talked behind our backs when she was behind the counter and didn't even attempt to lower her voice. One of the worst customer service employee I'd ever seen. I like Panda Express and patronized many locations, but Sami is cancerous to Panda Express's brand and image

The fried rice at the North Texas Panda Express in Fairfield, CA was gummy.

Prices are good considering there's a Chinese restaurant a few doors down that have high prices for food that's very similar. Usually, a homeless person is right outside the doors looking for a handout. Staff seems not to care or feel responsible for removing them from bothering customers walking in. Otherwise, portions they give are large and worth the visit.

I ordered teriyaki chicken and they put the sauce packet on top of my to-go box and when I was paying they Made it seem as tho they gave me the sauce but at the last minute before I could notice they took it away as they were putting my food in the bag I swear 9/10 time the do this and supposedly forget the sauce but 100% for sure seen the sauce packet on my box all the way up until the bagged it
