I ask for chopsticks in Notes in the order n didn’t receive any, N my bf picked it up and I see hella orange chicken n barely honey sesame. I don’t know but if they were equally proportion right I probably wouldn’t have to search and look for certain pieces. N it was not fresh cause my food was not steaming, if it’s fresh it should have steam I shouldn’t taste it n taste room tempt food.

We went to this location and literally saw employees picking at the food and eating it in front of us. One guy didn’t even care that we were standing there. He just kept using the same toothpick to eat chicken from the same tray that is used to serve customers. When they finally asked “how can I help you?”…I replied, “you can’t” and walked out. When I got to my car I looked inside the restaurant and they were still eating. So disgusting! I’ll never eat at another Panda Express in my life.

Gross. Food looked old and it looked like one employee until one more joined around 10:15. The top layer of the friend rice was hard. Even the orange chicken outer layer wash hard. Soda didn't have any flavor, they need to check the machine.

I was very disappointed with my last trip to this panda express. I have been going to Panda for years and I always order the family meal. This particular location did not fill up my boxes. When I asked for more chow mien and shrimp they filled up the chow mien but they said that 21 pieces of shrimp is all you get in one order. Then when I got to the register, not only was my box half empty they had a five dollar surcharge on top of the price listed for a half empty box of honey, walnut shrimp. I understand that this is not gourmet Chinese food but I at lease think I should get what I pay for. If I'm going to pay five dollars extra for a box of shrimp, at least fill it up. I do not plan on writing off panda express, but I will never go to this location again.

Showed up 10 min before closing .. the family in front of me cleared out almost all the protein stuffs leaving only broccoli beef... I cancelled my order and left when I realized that they would not be restocking the food. Woke establishments apparently do not serve food till 9pm, I resent that because I was left with only the horrible McDonald's as an option. I'll wait till Sacramento next time I stop .

I had a mix up with my order, I’ve worked retail so I understand things happen. I returned to the restaurant and when I walked up the nice lady working greeted me politely. When I explained I was missing an entree item she immediately fixed the order and had me on my way home. Excellent customer service.
