Well this will certainly be the last time ordering from here. Not sure if they are trying to save money, but this was the thinnest garlic twists and pizza I have ever seen! It was like the garlic twists had been reheated. We got the order to go, so didn't realize it until we were home. Pizza was extremely thin too and I didn't order thin crust. Also, they charge a service fee if you put your order in via the app! Ordering in the app is a convenience to the business since they don't have to answer the phone. Why would you charge the customer for this?

Since the last manager left the store has completely went downhill I haven’t eaten here since he left and I will never come back. They need to treat their staff

I made arrangements for our club to have late lunch/early dinner after a golf tournament for 28 people. I worked with John, manager, and couldn't have asked for better service. He was very accommodating, flexible about everything. If your group needs private room, this is a great place for that. I ordered 7 (4 Lrg & 3 Lrg) different pizzas for our group, I think Round Tables pizzas are little smaller but the pizzas were good and more than enough for us. Round Table offers specials for the month, and John was more than willing to give us those specials.

Worst customer service ever! I received my order and it was comp!ete!y wrong and the delivery driver was so rude. When she rang the doorbell, we needed do put our dog up so she wouldn't get out or snap at the driver. During this process the driver must pushed the pizza boxes in my daughters hand and said, I can't worry about the dog there is stuff going on at work and walked away before we could even verify the order was correct. I called the manager who sounded like she was driving or standing outside by traffic and really didn't seem liked she cared. I guess some people need to be better supervised. I will order from the waterman location from now on, even though I will have to pick it up but at least they have better customer service. One of the pizza's was a king arthur supreme - after opening the box, they tried to cover up that they made a mistake after complaining. None of the vegetables were cooked. They just threw it on the pizza. What a waste of 110.00 for dinner plus a tip Note: Sure someone responded and gave me a email address to send my complaint to and that is not even a good email address.

Had a wonderful experience here. I would definitely recommend this round table. Store needs a little updating but that's my only negative I have. Staff are friendly and always try to make your experience pleasant. The manager Noah is extremely respectful and polite. When my pizza didn't come out completely right he gave me a remake which came out perfect!!

I'm done with Round Table especially this location! Horrible customer service from the "manager" NOAH who takes his job so serious he cannot take care of a simple refund or remake my order to accommodate this longtime, loyal and very patient customer for years and years. Fire this dummy and get someone who cares about the customers & making pizza exactly how the customer orders it and if it's wrong, take responsibility and make another. Done!! He had the audacity to call Fairfield PD on me because I wouldn't leave because he refused to do anything. I'm trying to feed my family an overpriced pizza and he would rather call the cops on me. FU NOAH!!!

Was told by in store manager that order would be delivered within 1 hour. 1 hour and a half later, delivery was incomplete. Called into store manager said they would work on order. Then he canceled the order and said money would be refunded, never being asked too. Asked for manager above him said they don't give out that information. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER
Placed an order for delivery, delivery time showed 55 minutes. It has now been an hour and 35 minutes since I ordered and still no pizza. Called the store and after being on hood for 27 minutes they told me it hadn't even left the store yet and will still be another 20 minutes. Finally got the pizza at 7:10 and I would have been better off baking a piece of cardboard and eating that. Pizza was the worst I've ever had.

Don't accept coupons said they would discount 7dollars off a 35 dollar pizza for a Hawaiian pizza which the coupon said 21.95 for a large Hawaiian pizza now I live in this neighborhood where this establishment is and will no longer supporting round table pizza at this location hope you're business goes tits up so much for supporting local businesses especially if they are going to ripp you off hey get your SHIT TOGETHER round table

Stopped by to enjoy a lunch during a bike ride. Round Table is my favorite pizza and they didn't disappoint. Pizza was great! My seat was ripped but after sitting down I didn't notice it anymore.
