Used to be my go to place until recently. When I order a flat white it is always burned and very hard to drink. Today, I was in line for 30 minutes with my car on and then finally got to the ordering area and they said the register is broke. So I had to stay in line another 20 mins till the people infront of me left. Then the workers told me they told me it wasn't working. Then I called and they said I could have done an online order....I just had a baby and wasn't think of that. Would have been nice to have been told that
Thanks for wasting my gas. What's worse is I did order and go in to pick up after that...and it was not at all good. Having to go home and flavor it myself. What a Very expensive and waste of money. Could have offered a free drink for the insane wait.

This is the slowest Starbucks you will ever go to. You will wait at least 30mjn in the drive thru line every single time, even when it’s not busy. They did remake my drink because it was melted by the time I got to the window.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks in Northern California. They are so slow especially the car lane. It’s unbelievable. Don’t waste your time here.

Just waited in the drive thru for 20 mins to find out they only have tall hot cups. To add to it the drive thru person had a horrible attitude! He clearly doesn’t like his job!!!!! He says he was the shift lead which I doubt . Horrible experience! Definitely not a good representation of the Starbucks brand.

Amazing White Mocha! I recently tried the white mocha at Starbucks, and it was absolutely delicious. White mocha is such a treat, especially when it's served in a cozy mug.The coffee was rich and creamy, with the perfect balance of sweetness. The barista was friendly and made my drink quickly. The cafe had a cozy atmosphere that made my visit even more enjoyable. 5/5******

Pretty sure the employees were inebriated. We paid at the drive through and were told repeatedly they were out of things and then ignored. We finally parked and went in to see that the food case did in fact have everything we ordered. We asked for the things we paid for and the employees looked like we were the largest inconvenience. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION

Not the worst Starbuck's in Fairfield, but not far from it. The customer service was mediocre, especially when my wife asked for the code to use the restroom. The employee was obviously busy but appeared annoyed when asked.
There was a homeless man that kept hanging around the pickup counter for his drink. While he waited he was touching other drinks not his. Once he got his coffee, he left a mess with his sugar and creamer. He also let the coffee drool from his mouth spilling on the counter and floor. I also notice he had no shoes.
Getting in and out of this location is a mess. This is due to a shallow parking lot, the drive through line, and the traffic signal all combined.

I have been coming to this location for a few months now. I was not greeted once. When I picked up my drinks and said thank you to the staff, not once did anyone say it back or make eye contact with me. The customer service needs some improvement.
