Customer service in the drive through is always good as for my experience.If orders are incorrect,which does not happen very often,they are corrected with no push back.No one is perfect but Jesus. I'm grateful for their awesome service.

Horrible experience!!!! It's Saturday, expected to wait in drive thru line, maybe not for 30 minutes, but I did. Just had surgery, so was in my jammies, got to the window, and the girl refused my money, indicating it was counterfeit. I said it's all I have. Again, making me feel like a criminal, told me to go to the gas station and wait in line again. What?? I left, went straight to the bank, and they laughed and said it was not counterfeit. I will never go to Starbucks in Fairfield again!!

Came here with a friend yo catch up with some earl gray tea.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR THERMOMETER ON YOUR MACHINE. The barista got thr hot water from the center spout and the water was BEYOND A SAFE TEMPERATURE FOR HANDLING PERIOD. it was given to me in a double cup I burned my tongue on a sip after blowing on it to cool off. Then I separated the cups to pull my tea in hopes of cooling it down I COULD NOT HOLD THE SINGLE CUPS AS THE WATER WAS ABSURDLY HOT IT WAS BURNING THROUGH THE CUP. I had to ask for a cup of ice. THE TEA WAS SO HOT IT WAS STILL HOT AFTER BEING ADDED TO THE ICE.
There was ZERO warning from any member of staff as to how extremely hot the water was. Your water temperature IS a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Breakfast food items are decent but the coffee is inconsistent. Brewed light roast is my everyday order and it's great when done well but after multiple bad days I've been alternating to McDonald's coffee.

Was denied use of the restroom unless I purchased an $8 coffee. They don't even offer free water anymore. You're really going to deny somebody water on a hot day bc they can't pay? Your net worth is 93 billion, and it just isn't enough. You've just gotta squeeze more out of the community.
Disheartening and disappointing. I don't know why I expected any type of humanity from a 93 billion dollar corporation? Silly of me. I'll make my coffee at home.

I absolutely love the convenience of this Starbucks! The quick in-and-out experience is fantastic, and the easy parking just adds to the convenience. Plus, the fact that the drinks are made to order is just the cherry on top!
