This is hands down the best Starbucks we’ve been to on the drive between San Francisco and Sacramento. Super efficient and friendly.

Today when we ordered it didn't speak loud enough and the person taking my order didnt hear me say 2 lattes. When I pulled up to the window I asked for the second she said she didnt hear me but went straight to making a second one as quick as one can, and in a minute and a half it was finished outstanding service thank you Starbucks superheroes!

Everytime we go through the drive thru, they always forget one of the items we ordered. The workers are always in a rush for no reason. Horrible service.

The worst coffee shop Ive ever been to and I travel across the US. Slow, rude, forgetful, NOT busy, drink was made wrong, had 4 people come in after me and get MORE drinks handed to them before mine (not online orders) I had 2 simple drinks both made wrong. Do not go here.

Gobs of people in very loud music. Staff can’t necessarily hear you when you speak to them with all the racket.
But the worst part is I ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream on top. Should be about 6 inches of coffee and 1 inch of sweet cream. They gave me 1 inch of coffee and 5 inches of sweet cream and a big empty space in the top. I don’t want all that sugar and milk. I wanted nitro coffee. When I asked them to redo it or pour the sweet cream off and put coffee in, they claimed that the tank was nearing empty, which of course explains all the extra foam because coffee-foam fills up at the end of the nitro tank.
So they did two more versions of it and managed to get 2 1/2 inches of coffee into a cup and then just gave me a whole bunch of coffee foam and no sweet cream on the third try. Kind of a mess -- not the coffee that I ordered -- not the coffee that the other Starbucks locations make.
I buy this every day and I know how it’s supposed to be -- it's one of the reasons you come to them -- to get a consistent Starbucks coffee order. It’s not the very best but it’s 80% and I should be able to rely on getting the same thing at all the stores, but apparently you can’t and this store doesn’t do it.
One more thing, the Watsonville Starbucks gives you a compostable CUP. So do other outlets i visit. But at this one we used three sets of plastic for one coffee. What a waste trashing the planet. Get some compostable cups!

This starbucks has the new ice machine so you're getting the round ice instead of square ice. Much better.

The Starbucks staff at Highway 20 and Stabler are wonderful! They are personable, professional, and offer suggestions for a different coffee.

Well for the main part. Having to put on my own lid!!!. Pretty gross that people put there hands on open lids to grab yourself a lid for your drink!. At least when the batista puts the lids on you know it's safe from germs! Just my thoughts!
