Starbucks is back to its smooth service with new staff members and improved cleanliness. The coffee shop plays great 80's music for a nice ambiance. Despite friendly employees, one, named "Amanda," stands out for being unwelcoming and lacking basic customer service. With zero greetings or smiles, Amanda's attitude makes customers feel unwanted, overshadowing an otherwise positive experience at the store.
