I was very upset with my last visit. I understand some people will read this and disagree with me but customer service is huge to me. my wife and I used a full $100 gift card on lunch for just her and I so we both had enough to take home for dinner the same night. we forgot our to-go bag on the table (yes our fault). less than 10 minutes late, we realized the food wasn't with us. Doubt i'll be back anytime soon last time I was in the service was horrible the waitress openly complained about another waitress which is unprofessional my order got messed up and at the end of it she essentially was goading us on to ask for a manager to complain about her counterpart. Given it had taken nearly 2 hours total for us to get our food correct and eat and my 8 month old son was about done for the day and about to get cranky we opted to just leave. I ate at Texas Roadhouse on February 9, 2024. The food was great, the service was great, but the issue was that I was seated directly below a running air conditioning vent. When our food was delivered to our table, I mentioned how cold it was to our server. She said they had just turned the AC off, but it takes a few minutes to shut off.
