I was very upset with my last visit. I understand some people will read this and disagree with me but customer service is huge to me. my wife and I used a full $100 gift card on lunch for just her and I so we both had enough to take home for dinner the same night. we forgot our to-go bag on the table (yes our fault). less than 10 minutes late, we realized the food wasn't with us. Called the restaurant and said we were on our way back. The host who answered said "sorry, that table has already been cleaned and we threw it away". We even had a full conversation with our waitress about our intentions with the amount of food we were buying. It just irritated me that no one had the mind to just set it aside for a few minutes at least.

I would like to update that Texas Roadhouse has excellent customer service and reached out to make good on my dinner. We will definitely be back. We recently drove from 45 minutes away to dine here as a group of us had never been. Our servers were wonderful, the atmosphere fun, most of the food very enjoyable. ever BUT whatever they are trying to pass off as a filet mignon was ridiculous. It was definitely a sirloin. Very cookie cutter shaped (they brought me an identical replacement). It was a very thin cut maybe a 1/4 inch. I filet is usually an inch tall coin. Overall it was good, but we won't be in a hurry to drive back.

Went around 4:30/5 The atmosphere was really chill. We loved and enjoyed our bartender Jenny and we really really Appreciated Ms.Sherese (manager w/locs) for taking the time to check on us and ask us how we were doing and thanking us for coming before our food even came out and then checking on us again It just felt very personal and it was a great experience for us. We’ve been coming to this restaurant over the years for many years and I think this is my most favorite visit. We enjoyed the food the most. Good job to the new management and owner.

Porterhouse was seasoned well and absolutely delicious. I’m a fan of the chain and I’ve been to a few locations now. The layouts are all very similar but nice. Staff is great as usual. I definitely recommend stopping by this place for a great steak.

Really good fresh food prepared well.
Excellent over all, much better than the average high dollar chain restaurants that reheat frozen food.

Very loud with birthday celebrations, but fun vibes. My filet is always done perfectly, medium rare. My big request is that the Fairfield location would carry Heinz 57 sauce (like in So California) in addition to A1 and their sauce which is too high in vinegar taste for me.
