I used to go here all the time as a kid but now I rarely go. I came early and hour after there time they said they open with my sister and the worker told me they where closed because she just got their to clean. The same thing has been happening they open late and close too early leaving us customers frustrated.
Yogurt machines are always out of service. Employees never acknowledge you, they always sit on their phone and ignore you. If anything, they seem irritated and annoyed when anyone in general comes in. Go to Vacaville for frozen yogurt, the employees there are super friendly and they always have more flavor options!

It's really really bad. Don't go here. I was in the plaza getting good ramen when I saw they had a sign for italian ice. I double checked and asked the girl working at the register who was playing with her phone. She said it was italian ice at first and then gaslit me later that she said it was always shaved ice. Lol.
Anyway i got shaved ice for $7 and I usually just take it and never come again.. even the other customers looked at it and said that's definitely not italian ice (super embarrassing).. but i got to my car and it was literally just ice ice and had no flavor. I worked up the courage to go back in and ask for more syrup at least because i paid $7 for just ice and no flavor. I also wanted to confirm if they ever had italian ice and nope (despite the sign outside). Anyway, the shaved ice sucked too even with additional syrup (and the froyo is mid) so don't bother coming here at all.
Update: I'm pretty sure she gave me the wrong flavor too.. just lol. Don't come here.

First time trying. Unfortunately, I know I'll never be back because this was $17. I could hardly justify that cost if I was the best ice cream I'd ever had. Spoiler, it wasn't.

Low energy worker. No sugar free choices. No dark chocolate sprinkles. No whipped cream . 9 bucks for a small container. Won't be back

I got 2 scoops of ice cream, it was awfully sweet, and powdery smelling. There is two place that has good ice cream, and everyone else is too sugary. The young man behind the counter was a sweet boy. Very professional and kind. He is a keeper, definitely..

The weather has been so nice it called for frozen yogurt. I had gone to Tutti Frutti because they were opened the latest. They have this salted caramel pretzel that is so good, especially paired with the cheesecake bites!
I have them a 3-star rating because they didn't have any lids, like what? And then it's expensive! I know most places are weighted, but sheesh, $13-$15! ?

Not a good selection of toppings and all the frozen yogurt is nonfat. Service was fine.

It was very good
An eager customer was patiently waiting outside because they locked the door at 20:40 when they close at 21:00 and the best part was being ignored by the employee apparently too busy cleaning up to notice us
Very mid but has a strange taste to it and overall not a place to get frozen yogurt.
A fun place to be with so many delicious choices A spotlessly clean eatery with a joyful, attentive staff. I love stopping here for a treat.
I ordered a green tea and was given a milk tea, when I told them i didn’t order a milk tea the guy behind the counter said there was no milk in the drink, there was clearly milk in the drink.
