The staff warmly greeted everyone upon entering and sat them immediately. The vibe was chill and aesthetic with great upbeat music. The ambience was great and the staff continuously checked in on everyone. The sushi roll came out quickly and tasted great. The katsu came out fresh and hot, and the smell of the curry was amazing. All plates looked delicious and beautiful. The sashimi and fish were fresh and melted in the mouth. The fried chicken, tempura, gyoza and complimentary salmon crudo were served. Tom Katsu udon and the panda sushi are recommend. Fish on Fire, Climax and Noelle rolls were delicious and unique. Japanese beer and Sake selection impressed. The cheese pull was solid and chicken was crunchy. Softshell appetizers and sashimi sampler were sensational. Texture, flavor and quality were S‑teir. Prices are reasonable and the menu is full of tempting options. The place in Fairfield is a great place to come back.
